Kirun operates where leadership, cognitive science, and intentionality meet - helping people think clearer, lead better, and get out of autopilot.

Over the last 14 years, he’s delivered more than 1,600 workshops and keynotes to leaders of all ages across the world. His work focuses on the skills modern leadership actually demands: clarity under pressure, emotional intelligence and learning how to learn: explained simply, taught practically, and made usable the next day.

He hosts the BrainTools Podcast, which has reached 62,000+ people in 100 countries, giving individuals and teams science-backed tools they can apply in real life (not just nod along to).

And, he’s also a Senior Leadership Facilitator for Harvard Business Impact, where he helps leaders at Fortune 5000 companies navigate the future with more intention and less overwhelm.

Whether he’s speaking to a room of a thousand or facilitating an intimate workshop, Kirun’s engagement methodology stays central: authentic, relatable and always focused on giving people practical tools they can actually use to perform at their best.
